The Process
As soon as the closing date for a position has passed, we will review all the applications received, draw up a shortlist of candidates for interview and issue invitations electronically. Applicants that have been unsuccessful at this stage will be notified. Depending on the post, the interview process could take different forms and may include a practical assessment, presentation, psychometric test or a second interview. If you are successful at interview, we will contact you with a verbal offer and to identify a start date. References will also be taken up at this point. Assuming all goes well, we will follow up with a formal offer letter and contract. We will always give feedback to you if you wish it whether you are successful or not.
