As per the information in the Winter 2018 Newsletter Jones Lang Lasalle (JLL) will be commencing with housing stock inspections starting on Friday the 11th of January and lasting until the end of February. They will be accessing approximately 10% of our stock. The surveys are visual inspection of the property's only to minimise any disruption to our tenants.

Please be advised that

• Geoff Ferguson, Karen MacKinnon, Ewan Scott or Allan Briggs from JLL will be carrying out the surveys and will have their own photographic I.D. card along with a letter of introduction from Osprey Housing/Osprey Housing Moray and Osprey Initiatives. Please insist upon viewing the id and letter before granting them admittance.
• Taking part is completely voluntary so you are within their rights to refuse.
