In accordance with requirements of the Scottish Housing Regulator, the Governing Bodies of the Osprey Housing Group have today submitted their first Assurance Statement confirming that, based on comprehensive evidence available to them and scrutinised throughout the year the Governing Bodies are confident the Osprey Group complies with the regulatory requirements and standards set out in Chapter 3 of the Regulatory Framework.
