Please be advised that Allpay will be carrying out two essential system maintenance updates in the next couple of weeks.
- • IVR Telephone Payment line will be unavailable on Wednesday 30th October, between 10pm and 2am. If you use our Call Masking feature within Callpay, please note that all your calls could be affected during this time. During the maintenance period we anticipate there will be periods of connectivity loss for up to 10 minutes.
- • On Tuesday 5th November between 10pm and 2am the following payment channels will be unavailable;
o Internet Payments (allpayments.net)
o Textpay
o Callpay
o Branded Gateway
o IVR Telephone Payments
o Mobile App
- • This will not affect your Direct Debit service or payments made via Post Office or Pay Point
