This week we are proud to join the Living Wage Foundation to celebrate Living Wage Week. As a Living Wage employer we have to ensure that not only our direct employed staff, but also our qualifying contractors’ staff receive a real Living Wage.

The Living Wage campaign is an independent movement of businesses, organisations and people who believe a hard day’s work deserves a fair day’s pay. It is independently calculated based on what employees and their families need to live and it is higher than the government’s minimum wage. The current real Living Wage is £10.90 and £11.95 for London.

Paying a real Living Wage is more important than ever as we all feel the effected of the raising cost of living.

Osprey became an accredited member of the Living Wage Foundation in 2018 and joined another 11586 organisations paying a real Living Wage.
