We are looking for an ambitious and dynamic individual to join our Asset Team to help us deliver an effective, efficient and legally compliant response repairs service, cyclical and planned works programmes and capital work programmes.
If you have good technical knowledge, experience of undertaking technical and quality inspections (clerk of works or similar), proven ability to liaise with and manage/monitor contractors and a knowledge of the relevant Health and Safety/compliance requirements of response, capital repair/construction works plus the ability to embrace our customer first culture we would love to hear from you.
This is a hybrid role which will allow you to work flexibility from home and office working out of our Westhill or Elgin offices.
