We want to support a group of tenants to challenge our performance and come up with ideas on how to improve our services. The group may decide to interview staff, do some mystery shopping, visit empty properties, ask tenants to fill in a survey or review our practices.

An informal café event is taking place at the Town House, High St, Inverness, IV1 1JJ on 16 February from 11am-3pm. The aim is to give tenants the opportunity to talk with tenants of other landlords about their experiences of being part of a scrutiny group.
