We know that these are increasingly worrying and stressful times for tenants and families and we are continuing to monitor the situation and identify relevant advice and support to share with you all. As we are now moving past the immediate emergency response and into a longer period of restrictions and mitigation, we felt it was the right time to update all tenants of how we are now working and what we can do to continue to support you. Continued and sustained service delivery is our key focus along with supporting tenants as best we can throughout this time.
Our Business Continuity Plan is now fully rolled out and working well, our staff team are fully operational working from home and our offices closed. At present we are only carrying out home visits where it has been deemed essential in providing you with a service. Our staff will take the necessary steps under current guidance to keep you safe and will not enter your home if you do not wish. It is important that you keep us informed of changes to your contact details to allow us to keep you informed as best we can.
